HISTORY

New Vine Records started in 2012 when John Carter and a group of local investors (made up of dairy farmers, and other small business owners) decided to form a not-for-profit organization for the aid and development of emerging artists. This group purchased the property and facility (from then owner Peter Hopper, creator of MasterView SoundCrafts) and began the process of securing a 501 (c)3. Since then, to fulfill their mission New Vine Records has engaged the initiatives of developing a regional commercial production studio, as well as a not-for-profit record label supporting the development of emerging artists. New Vine offers management, artist development, production, and booking for those signed to the label for two-year contract periods at a time.

OUR VALUES

Inspiration:

We desire to create things that bring people to new places and spark new creative thought.

Excellence

We value an idea that what we work from and what we produce is not ordinary, but above standard.

Originality:

We believe that great results are not derived from statistics, but are the result of refining the already existing DNA found within the artist.
